The World War II Memorial, located in the heart of Wichita, Kansas at Veterans' Memorial Park, honors the 16 million who served in the armed forces of the U.S. and the more than 400,000 who died in that war. This Memorial is a monument to the spirit, sacrifice, and commitment of our veterans. At the heart of the Memorial, 1,511 bricks honor those who served.
